On June 2, 2026, the Association of Cybersecurity Specialists (ACSP) and the U.S. company SMB Cybersecurity Advisors LLC (State of Florida, USA) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The Memorandum establishes a framework for mutually beneficial, non-commercial cooperation in the field of cybersecurity. Key areas include the exchange of professional experience between the Ukrainian and American cybersecurity communities, joint publications, the engagement of specialists in international events and conferences, as well as mutual support for Ukrainian specialists entering the American professional market and for American specialists in engaging with the Ukrainian community.

The Memorandum was signed by the President of the Association, Oleksandr Korchenko, on behalf of ACSP, and by the founder and managing member, Iurii Zhurov, on behalf of the company.

A distinct area of cooperation is the dissemination of professional materials. In the near future, the SMB Cybersecurity Framework — a practical methodological cybersecurity document for small and medium-sized businesses, developed by SMB Cybersecurity Advisors LLC — will be published on ACSP’s resources.

This cooperation opens new opportunities for developing ACSP’s international institutional ties and for sharing Ukrainian cybersecurity expertise at the international level.
